Contributed papers must be in English and should report previously unpublished work. The total length, including figures and references is recommended to be up to five A4 format pages for contributed papers (special reports and posters). For invited speakers the recommended extent is up to ten A4 format pages. The authors are responsible for the content and style of the contribution. No editing or re-typing will be done by the symposium organizers. The contributions will be reproduced without reduction or modification. Contributed papers which do not conform to the format of our template MS Word Document or Open Document Text Format may be rejected.

It is necessary to submit the paper using the upload form on this page. Please, fill in all the fields carefully so we can identify your contribution(s). The submitted file(s) must be a Microsoft Word file (DOC) or Open Document Text Format (ODT). Contribution submitted by fax cannot be accepted! All submitted contributions will be referred by the Local Organizing Committee. Based on their scientific quality, they may be rejected by the LOC. The book of the accepted contributions will be distributed to the participants at the conference site. No publication will occur unless the registration fee for at least one of the authors is received before 1^st January 2013.

The dimensions of panel for poster presentation are 120 cm height and 65 cm width.
